Cookie Policy

Which cookies and similar storage Studio Cosmos uses, and how you choose. The site uses necessary storage in your browser (your cookie choice, and whether the feedback prompt was answered), your theme only if you allow preferences and, only if you allow analytics, counts of site use kept as daily totals on its own server without cookies, and Google Analytics 4, a Google service that uses cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser; similar technologies (such as local storage) keep information in the browser in the same way. Some are needed for a site to work; others are optional and are only used with your consent.

Necessary cookies

Needed for the site to work and to respect your choices. They cannot be switched off.

Analytics

Count which parts of the site are used, so it can be improved.

In use, only if you allow Analytics. The counts on the site’s own server use no cookies; Google Analytics 4 uses the cookies listed below.

Counts on the site’s own server.

While you browse, the page counts a few actions in memory: a visit, opening an application or a project, changing the project view or filter, opening a footer folder, reaching the end of the page and opening Start a project. Nothing is stored in your browser for this.
The counts are sent in small batches to the server that runs this site, which adds them to daily totals. It keeps nothing else: no IP address, no browser details, no identifier, no time finer than the day. Totals are deleted after 180 days.
To limit abuse, the address a batch comes from is held in the server’s memory for one minute, then cleared within ten seconds, and never written down.

Google Analytics 4. With the same consent the site loads Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to measure the pages visited, where visits come from and a few actions: a project enquiry the server accepted and a click on the studio’s email. It is not loaded before your consent, nor in the site’s private area; Google signals and ad personalisation are off, and with these actions the site sends no names, email addresses, phone numbers or anything you type in a form. How Google handles this data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your consent to Google Analytics lasts up to 13 months: then it is no longer loaded, its cookies expire and the notice asks for your choice again.
Switching Analytics off stops the counting and Google Analytics at once, on the page you are on, and deletes Google Analytics’ cookies. From then on no new action is measured; only actions from the seconds before that Google Analytics had not yet sent may still reach Google right after.

Marketing cookies

Measure campaigns and personalise advertising on other sites.

Not in use. The site sets none of these today.

Third-party cookies

The site uses two third-party services in your browser. Google Analytics 4, only if you allow Analytics (see “Analytics”): its cookies are set on this site’s domain, but serve Google’s service. And Cloudflare Turnstile, by Cloudflare, Inc., on the “Start a project” page only: the form’s anti-bot check loads a script and a frame from challenges.cloudflare.com, sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser (checked on 12 October 2026), which is why it is not among the preferences; what Cloudflare receives is in the Privacy Policy, “Data collected”. The site embeds no third-party content: the map of the studio’s location is the site’s own drawing, and the Instagram picture on the “Start a project” page is a copy kept on the site, not content loaded from Instagram. No other third party sets cookies or stores data in your browser through this site.

Browser controls

Your browser can also block or delete cookies and site storage, usually from its privacy or security settings. Clearing this site’s storage also clears your cookie choice, and the notice will ask again.

Updates to this policy

When the cookies in use change, this page is updated with its date, and the notice asks for your choice again.
