Associazione Pro Loco Locri

The Pro Loco Locri wanted to take new memberships and renewals online, separately from its main website. For the association Studio Cosmos designed and built a dedicated platform, for phones first.

There is one journey, and the choice comes first: new membership or renewal. New members enter their details and their ID document; renewals need only a few essentials, and if a new applicant turns out to be a member already, the platform points them to renewal, and vice versa. Before payment the email is confirmed, then a clear summary leads to the online payment.

The member automatically receives a confirmation and receipt, and the Pro Loco a copy of every request: an orderly membership process, completed in a few steps. Documents and data stay private, and the platform does not track visitors.
